Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on resistance bands once they have been purchased. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will be happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
